Dear SCACE Members,

We are excited to announce that registration for our Spring 2023 Employer Drive-In is now open. Join us as we visit Ingevity's headquarters and plant in North Charleston, SC, on Thursday, March 30, 2023.

This will be a fun and informative time to learn about employment opportunities for our students and to tour their manufacturing plant and technical lab facilities. They typically hire business majors, chemistry/science majors, engineering majors (chemical/mechanical/electrical/process).

Dress: Participants must wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and closed toe shoes.

Tentative agenda:

• 9:45 a.m. Arrive at Ingevity Headquarters (4920 O'Hear Avenue, Suite 400, North Charleston, SC, 29405)
• 10 a.m.   Meet company representatives for an overview of the organization
• 10:15 a.m.  Travel to Charleston Plant (5598 Virginia Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406)  and Ingevity Technical Center and Innovation Center to tour the plant and labs ( less than 5-minute drive).
• 12:30 p.m.  End tour/ Optional Lunch following

NOTE:  This visit is limited to 20 SCACE members due to logistics and safety concerns as determined by Ingevity. A waitlist will be started should more than 20 individuals register to attend.
