Career Education Coordinator

The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is accepting applications for a Career Education Coordinator in the Career Center. This role will have the responsibility of the following:

Serves as a comprehensive career coaching/counseling and advising resource, primarily for students and as needed for alumni.
Provides career planning, preparation, and job search strategies through both group and individual programming methods.
Coordinates career education programs and presentations for the department and in conjunction with other Citadel offices.
Serves as an interdisciplinary course instructor for campus-wide collaborative efforts.
Develops and implements new programs and presentations for continuous improvement of services provided.

Estimated salary $48,000-52,000

Academic and Career Success Coach

The Academic & Career Success Coach (Programming & Initiatives) supports student persistence and early career development through engaging programs, individualized coaching, and instructional support. With a particular emphasis on programming and outreach, this role helps coordinate initiatives that connect students to academic, personal, and career success resources. The coach also plays a key role in the Berry Beginnings summer bridge program and foundational student success courses. This position works closely with the Career & Professional Development team to support students in exploring career pathways and preparing for future opportunities.

Estimated salary: $40,000-45,000 depending on experience.
